Jesus Christ Died on the Cross and Rose from the Dead to Save the World

Jesus said unto them ‘’Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends’’. John 15:13 KJV.

No one takes it (My Life) from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.” John 10:18 NKJV.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. John 11:25 NKJV.

For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will. For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son, that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him. John 5:21-23 NKJV.

Life and Judgment Are Through the Son

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live. For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself. John 5:24-26 NKJV.

Salvation of Souls is only through Jesus Christ, the Son of God

“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son (Jesus Christ), so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.  God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16-17 NLT.

“There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son. John 3:16-18 NLT.

There is salvation in no one else (Salvation is only in Jesus Christ)! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12 NLT.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 NIV.

Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life (eternal life).” John 8:12 NLT.

When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him (Jesus Christ).  And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 3:16-17 NKJV.

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.  Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. Ephesians 2:8-9 NLT.

He saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins (through the blood of Jesus that was shed on the Cross of Calvary), giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. Titus 3:5 NLT.

And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission (forgiveness of sin). Hebrews 9:22 NKJV.

For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people.  And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, while we look forward with hope to that wonderful day when the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be revealed.  He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds. Titus 2:11-14 NLT.

And just as each person is destined to die once and after that comes judgment,  so also Christ was offered once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will come again, not to deal with our sins, but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for him. Hebrews 9:27-28 NLT.

For we (all Mankind) must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body. 2 Corinthians 5:10 NLT.

For we belong to Christ if we keep on trusting Him to the end just as we trusted Him at first.  The Holy Writings say, “If you hear His voice today, do not let your hearts become hard as your early fathers did when they turned against Me (God).”

Who heard God’s voice and turned against Him? Did not all those who were led out of the country of Egypt by Moses?  Who made God angry for forty years? Was it not those people who had sinned in the desert? Was it not those who died and were buried there?  Who did He say could never go into His rest? Was it not those who did not obey Him? Hebrews 3:14-18 NLV.

Did you know that the Scripture says ‘’It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God’’. Hebrews 10:31 KJV.

For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense (repay), saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. Hebrews 10:30 KJV.

Just think how much worse the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God (Jesus Christ), and have treated the blood of the covenant (which Jesus shed on the Cross for the world), which made us holy, as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to us. Hebrews 10:29 NLT.

“But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars—their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” Revelation 21:8 NLT.

Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 NLT.

Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these (our) sins.  There is only the terrible expectation of God’s judgment and the raging fire (in hell fire as a punishment) that will consume his enemies. Hebrews 10:26-27 NLT.

Peter replied (to the crowd who listened and was touched by the message of salvation), “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38 NLT.

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary (of life) and carry heavy burdens (of sins), and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls (in this life and in eternity). Matthew 11:28-29 NLT.

On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” John 7:37-38 NKJV.

YOU MAY KNOW THAT LIVING A LIFE WITHOUT JESUS CHRIST IS LIVING IN CRISIS, IT’S A LIFE FULL OF VANITY.

THE WORLD IS FULL OF CONFUSION, AND PEOPLE SUFFER TERRIBLE THINGS BECAUSE THEY CARE NOT ABOUT JESUS CHRIST, THE LORD AND SAVIOUR WHO PAID THE FULL PRICE FOR THEIR TROUBLES AND SUFFERINGS.

THEY WILL REMAIN IN DIFFICULTIES TO DEATH, UNLESS THEY COME TO CHRIST THEIR SAVIOUR.

Friends, God has appointed today as an accepted day for you to accept Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Saviour, and you will receive Salvation, and have Eternal Life into your souls.

For He says,“AT THE ACCEPTABLE TIME (THE TIME OF GRACE) I LISTENED TO YOU, AND I HELPED YOU ON THE DAY OF SALVATION.” BEHOLD, NOW IS “THE ACCEPTABLE TIME,” BEHOLD, NOW IS “THE DAY OF SALVATION” 2 Corinthians 6:2.

But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the right [the authority, the privilege] to become children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name—  who were born, not of blood [natural conception], nor of the will of the flesh [physical impulse], nor of the will of man [that of a natural father], but of God [that is, a divine and supernatural birth—they are born of God—spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified]. John 1:12-13 AMP.

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. Romans 10:9-10 NIV.

Salvation of Soul is a free gift from God Almighty, and is given to anyone who repents of his or her sins, determines not to return to sin again and then believes in Jesus Christ the Son of God as the Lord and Saviour.

Please, pray this prayer of repentance and salvation with all your heart if you wish to receive Jesus Christ into your heart and have salvation.

PRAYER OF REPENTANCE AND SALVATION

Lord Jesus, for too long I have kept you out of my life. I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. No longer will I close the door when I hear you knocking. By faith I gratefully receive your gift of salvation into my soul. I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for coming to this world. I believe you are the Son of God who died on the Cross of Calvary for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. Thank you for bearing my sins and giving me the gift of eternal life. I believe your words are true. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and be my Savior now and forever. Amen.

If you have prayed this prayer with all your heart, you are now born again, and you are a child of God.

Praise be to God Almighty, and congratulation!

The Blessings of Returning to God, Choosing Life in the Stead of Death

I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days….. [Deuteronomy 30:19-20a] NKJV.

The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. [Psalm 9:17] KJV.

And God said “Behold, all souls are Mine; The soul of the father As well as the soul of the son is Mine; The soul who sins shall die. [Ezekiel 18:4] NKJV.

Say to them: ‘As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?’ [Ezekiel 33:11] NKJV.

Behold, thou hast made my days as an handbreadth; and mine age is as nothing before thee: verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. [Psalm 39:5] NKJV.

But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags; We all fade as a leaf, And our iniquities, like the wind, Have taken us away. [Isaiah 64:6] NKJV.

And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. [Daniel 12:2] KJV.

If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched— where

‘Their worm does not die

And the fire is not quenched.’

And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame, rather than having two feet, to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched— where

‘Their worm does not die

And the fire is not quenched.’

And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire— where

‘Their worm does not die

And the fire is not quenched.’ [Mark 9:43-48] NKJV.

Did you know that the Judgement of God is at hand, for surely the LORD will judge the world with indignation and wrath?

Wisdom demands that you repent from all your sins, and turn to God by accepting Jesus Christ, His Son as your Lord and Savior so that you will have life.

Why should you die in your sins and perish in hell fire forever when the righteous Judge, the God Almighty has provided Jesus Christ His beloved Son to die for you so that by accepting Him as your Lord and Savior, you shall receive pardon, salvation, and eternal life.

God in His righteousness and love has sacrificed His dear Son on the Cross to save all who shall come to Him, it is your responsibility and duty to escape the judgement and death by believing and accepting Jesus Christ whom God has provided for an atonement for your sins.

For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly; and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly; and delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked (for that righteous man, dwelling among them, tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds)— then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment,… [2 Peter 2:4-9] NKJV.

Since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. These (people) shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed. [2 Thessalonians 1:6-10] NKJV.

And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. [1 John 5:11-12] NKJV.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [John 3:16-18] NKJV.

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. [John 14:6] NKJV.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. [Acts 4:12] NKJV.

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” [John 8:12] NKJV.

But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. [1 John 1:7] NKJV.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. [John 11:25] NKJV.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. [Romans 10:10-11] NKJV.

For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. [2 Corinthians 6:2] NKJV.

Did you not know that the whole humanity were condemned to death and were to spend all eternity in hell fire because all have sinned against God Almighty, through Adam. For sin entered into mankind (the world) by the disobedience of Adam.

Did you know that God has appointed today as the day He will help you, and as the day for your salvation? For God will hear and forgive you now if you confess yours sins, and accept His Son Jesus to be your Lord and Savior.

For since [it was] by a man that death came [into the world], it is also by a Man that the resurrection of the dead has come. For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. [1 Corinthians 15:21-22] AMP.

Did you know how that God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ to the world to die on the Cross of Calvary so that anyone who believe in Jesus, and accept Him as Lord and Savior shall receive salvation and have eternal life?

The righteousness of God is given to everyone who receives Jesus Christ, His Son as Lord and Savior. For the obedience of Jesus Christ unto death on the Cross gave us salvation, and eternal life.

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. [Philippians 2:5-11] NKJV.

Did you know that it was for your sake that God used His Son Jesus Christ as a sin offering on the cross so that He will reconcile the world including you back to Himself?

Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. [2 Corinthians 5:18-19] NKJV.

But as many as received Him (Jesus Christ), to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. [John 1:12-13] NKJV.

But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”      [1 Corinthians 2:9] NKJV.

Jesus Christ who is the Son of God came to this world in the form of man, died on the cross and shed His holy blood as an offering for the sins of mankind, so to all who believe in Him shall be made kings and priests in the Kingdom of God, and His Father.

And from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.

To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen. [Revelation 1:5-7] NKJV.

See what an incredible quality of love the Father has shown to us, that we would [be permitted to] be named and called and counted the children of God! And so we are! For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, we are [even here and] now children of God, and it is not yet made clear what we will be [after His coming]. We know that when He comes and is revealed, we will [as His children] be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is [in all His glory]. And everyone who has this hope [confidently placed] in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure (holy, undefiled, guiltless).  [1 John 3:1-3] AMP.

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a consecrated nation, a [special] people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies [the wonderful deeds and virtues and perfections] of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. [1 Peter 2:9] AMP.

Working together with God, we appeal to you to receive Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior, so that you may live soberly, righteously and godly in this present world, and have salvation and everlasting life in eternity. Amen!

Are you ready to confess your sins and accept Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior?

If your answer is yes, then pray this prayer of repentance and salvation.
